If it's on the wrong splines it will run terrible! It takes a lot of fiddling with to get it right! Keep your max fuel screw at standard to start with! Be careful with the throttle!

Yea turns over but won't fire until bumped! Yea I've tried bring live feed to solenoid but still needs bumped! Really has me puzzled!

Yea that's true but it's very odd because it starts straight away with the slightest of bumps! I could literally push the car by myself and it would start but Won't go on key!

Yea I think it's something more serious like pump. I've tried searching for air in lines etc. car can start fine then suddenly after a drive it won't start or cuts out, only round a corner tho!

Interesting, my d turbo is hard to start sometimes and only starts when bumped. It also completely stops when going around a sharp corner. Could this be related as I have not got this connected up. Bt...

Was going to say that. If uve any problems find an ignition live, you'll get one over beside The battery where the fuse box is. Atthough you should be able to use the standard wires.

Only 1 place they can go really! The two top ones can only go in one other hole! Then move the third to suit. When your doing it you wiill see what I mean! They will probably be very stiff to remove!

Yea, meant to mention that, there's loads of derv in it! There's derv coming through the filter when you pump the bulb but none coming through when you take inj line off!

Manifolds are different for various turbos! T2 and early kkk are similar although certain manifolds have recycling plants. T2 is a good turbo. Just depends what you want really!

A 9mm pump with mods will power any stock turbo and even many big turbos comfortably. Have a read and decide what will suit you best! A gov shim is quite easy. And lda mods are simple aswell.
