Awwww, 10l, that's cute, with my bigger rad I think I put in 13 and that doesn't include the volume in the matrix.

I have always flush fitted...if thats wrong then thats something new I need to learn.
For 11years I have always been fitting flush fit without problems...so be surprised if it is that

Flush fit is right, cheap seals are rubbish though. I only use the Febi ones now, not had an issue with those!

Yeah I have fitted a febi one now. Need to do a few miles n get it warm and see if its actually dribbling or residual from above.
Should do that today

Driveshaft seals should sit 3mm proud

Thats for the genuine ones. Ive used pattern before and never had any issues at all but they are not as deep so end up sitting flush.

until I have my replacement... yup.

I think I am likely to make it to the drag strip in April. May well be its sending off.

However... two things this month may either put nails in certain coffins or sign it off to crack on for 6 more months.

Despite the knock....

It NEVER fails to make me smile. And the fact that cooling is SOOOO not an issue now... just makes hooning so much nicer.

If I can find the knock, sort this leak and Novembers plans go to plan.... I will struggle to part company me thinks.

It'd be a shame to get rid of it. It's something unique, that you built yourself which makes you happy.

Isn't that pretty much ideal?

I am working flat out to try and pay off some things... in an effort to keep it. Also need to save for other things in pipeline... which getting rid of this would help a lot with.

I am trying my best to keep it... but it would help to be paid what I am earning... I am owed about £1100 from customers at the moment... 2 months earnings for me. So things like that dont help.

As said... Be great to keep it for a bit longer... I aim to try and make a proper decision by April 2nd. Thats the drag strip day!

It would be sad if life did get in the way. You'll always have the memory and satisfaction of knowing what you built but it'd be great if it kept giving you smiles for a long time now that you've gone through all the hardship of getting it to where it is now.
