Yeah guys I'm not too happy either. My brother's gearbox failed, so I spent yesterday evening taking that off in sub zero temperatures.
It is funny though, how it got to this point without him mentioning it. No oil FTMFL
But as for mine, the job list stands at:
Oil feed (got one finally, yay!)
Oil return (fits, just needs a slight "tweak")
Intercooler pipes (sorted, just needs clamps fitting)
Put subframe back on
Exhaust (meh)
Air intake pipe (in post, needed for the MAF)
Drain and refill gearbox (lost a load by pulling the driveshaft out. schoolboy error)
*MAY* be in a position to start it tonight, but can't go anywhere due to my brother's car being on axle stands with no gearbox outside the garage.

Right then!
Saturday will see this rolling!
I'm 3 mikalor clamps, an intake pipe, a charged battery and some wheels away from starting up and getting rolling
Would start her up now, but there's nothing left in the battery

Scrappy's initially, then longer term, imma get a lenght of 3" and weld up a custom straight through to BFO empty backbox with a 4" tip, OR a big midbox/cherrybomb, then split it to two 3" pipes for one either side

IT'S BEGUN!!!
Yep. Sounds epic, have to drop the subframe back off though due to a slight clearance issue resulting in no bottom engine mount
Video to follow. So awesome!!!

Not coming to work until I have an exhaust (asking for it really, there's NOTHING off the back of the turbo ) and air intake. Clutch was fine, but bear in mind I had no MAF plugged in.

Yeah, spools very nicely And MY GOD does it sound good. I'll go for a straight pipe first methinks, then I'm going twin tailpipes at some point

So this evening I made a downpipe, so I now have an exhaust!
With any luck, my intake piping will arrive tomorrow, so I can get driving (finally, yay!)
Can't wait
