Pull the filter off for 30 seconds and see if it goes any better!

It sounds real lethargic to come on boost, I'd definitely say there's an airflow related problem somewhere! I can't see the boost gauge on the run, so can't see whether the boost is coming up or whether the engine is waiting for fuel...

The fact it's not going mental the harder you rev it is typical of airflow problems too... Seems to build it's power, then just flatline...
