I have a set of coilovers on my 306 ph2 and the driverside has seized ,
I've spray releasing spray on it and had a bar on it but its still stuck,
Any over ideas to free it up?

Yes sorry the adjusters have seized, I can move the lock ring, that still moves .the one closest spring for adjusting the height is. stuck soild

just gotta keep trying with the spray i guess. Not sure if you could try and wack it and shock it into moving? Or wether you could heat it up?

I did mine today... Loads of spray, cleaned threads with wire brush. One was a little seized to FO Big screwgy and a hammer... Voilah! ;-)
