bleeding fuel lines
#1
right put a perfectly healthy engione into jj0063's shell today but its been a right bitch to bleed the fuel lines iv cranked for about an hour killing the battery lol.

iv done the usual cracked the injector, pumped the grenade, check the fuel housing, undone that banjo bolt between the pully and the housing with pl;enty of fuel coming out. Just cant get any fuel out the injectors.

Any suggestions or is it just a case of just keep trying. the engine ran sweet in the old car

loosen the return banjo and pump the grenade until air stops coming out, then crank it over with all injectors loose

Tow it, or try and bump it, seems to draw the fuel up easier than just cranking them on the starter.
