So firstly hi to you all as its been a while since i was last on here almost a year im fact , as some of you know i had a 1.4 which is now broke up and scrapped/sold.

But time for bigger/smaller things , i bought a 205 in white dont have a pic to upload im afriad but i will start with how it look after it got resprayed in diablo red and i personally aprayed the trims

[Image: 431677_10151073959151681_1103833692_n-1.jpg]

So i put the big pro races alloys on her and this is how she looked but keep reading before u judge , i went for a different look with the white trims but i had to agree it didnt look like i had imagined it to

[Image: 558967_10151136604361681_1684035193_n-1.jpg]

A few new additions was a sticker and squidy from the 306

[Image: 483634_10151145959181681_185449008_n-1.jpg]

These were the gold speedlines that she came with id just sanded them down at this point

[Image: 74240_10151146123581681_1045610925_n-1.jpg]

Primered

[Image: 261517_10151147618461681_816639549_n-1.jpg]

Centers done

[Image: 18695_10151151228831681_1350193502_n-1.jpg]

Coloured an laquered all done myself with compressor (not a good one tho)

[Image: 215076_10151152019191681_2013816000_n-1.jpg]

After deciding the 17s where too big for such a small car i put the speelines back on

[Image: 481886_10151152019461681_749894254_n-1.jpg]

[Image: 546514_10151164380471681_600732571_n-1.jpg]

Then came the auto bonnet Smile

[Image: 563648_10151164955056681_1243338369_n-1.jpg]

Sanded with some filling work

[Image: 7E9A17D0EC97438FAFCE7417360E57B917520000-1.jpg]

Primered

[Image: 53A6D24687114683997CC2A45F5089E258340000-1.jpg]

Coloured and laquered and buffed , doesnt look as good as that got alot of bits in it and my compressor was poor then but was a good effort

[Image: 3E82C84621AF4DF2BC993728F518F23341700000-1.jpg]

Auto bonnet on

Coming up to not so long ago now , i bought a mew compressor at this point and was keen to see what i could do with a better one so i decided to smooth the rear panel

[Image: 3D041D30CA994F12A1EA641858DC6A1F21610000-1.jpg]

As she starts

[Image: 16D98B20132A42619A59618DF01C1F4621610000-1.jpg]

Fibre glass paste and sanded

[Image: B6E76154C8804EA29C6465145217FEAC21610000-1.jpg]

Filler

[Image: 0366D201CD87474B9DB801639378678021610000-1.jpg]

Primered , just a glimpse of the new bertha in corner

[Image: C487F4089BB34ECE89F6187C2AE9300121610000-1.jpg]

Coloured , laquered and buffed , now this came out quite well and was happy

[Image: 96D636FAA530453AA14E55C551C51ABF21610000-1.jpg]

On the car doesnt sit flush due to lack of bend but the proper smoothed panels go for 80 on ebay so i was happy with this

[Image: 50D24F812DC444ABA710A1FAA9B33BA721610000-1.jpg]

The finish

Now we come to just 3 days ago , my biggest task yet

Christ I saw the first pic and was like "oh my f*ck.." Then saw the respray with the white strips! Much better! Still prefer the standard looks, but each to their own!

I agree it would look fine with nice black bumpers etc but imo it looks alot cleaner and sleeker in red but i respect everyone has different tastes and its all good lad

The final stage actually looks spot on imo. Certainly didnt look right with white bumpers. Lowering will set it off well

Cheers dan , since i put it all red its had a great reception not all like it an a few have said they would change the odd thing etc but the cars not finished yet plenty more to do and glad u like it .
But i will always get people who simply prefer them standard but i like to be different and aint afraid to try something new (as you can see haha)

So glad that the white trim went! It really didn't look right, but it's nice to see who the car has come along, and as mentioned how your spraying has come along as well. I think the rear bumper will need the matching white strip to complete the look, but it looks decent with the colour coded trim!

I knew you would see sense!

I saw the white Trims on Facebook ages ago and really wasn't a fan. Looks brilliant now! You look like you pretty handy with a spray gun.

All it needs now is a small drop, then it will look spot on.

Good work!!
On the 306 waiting list.

Ok so today i had a day off and decided i would make myself useful , i started by putting the rest of the white strips on and touching up the edges of the red trims due to a few small bits been missed.

Then i decided i wanted to tidy the car up abit more now all the shuts need painting red but i decided i would make a start under bonnet to start with it looked like this .

[Image: 2CA1D064-6CD4-4161-95B0-6617F1BCF6A6-591...615b67.jpg]
As u can see not very tidy just some over spray on edge of wing and the just dull dirty rusty white , so i decided i give it a clean

[Image: 63AD51C4-92D6-4825-AC6B-3A44A59073D5-591...342540.jpg]
Panel wiped it down moved a few wires and then got to work on the rust bubbles

[Image: DEF19FB7-8220-4D7E-BAEE-AA3B7EE79D61-591...fe2b13.jpg]
Abit of aggression later haha ( few other small bits i did)

[Image: 1459947F-0B7A-4E40-9E19-BC1C9E37EA36-591...ad3ba1.jpg]
Then i noticed this little bit lurking down the edge i decided i could get to it so i took it down haha

I then decided to take light out and see if i could get anything else
[Image: 4B550618-58DF-4CEF-832D-04A74BE19696-591...60007a.jpg]

Another wipe down and some more little bits found
[Image: 80E74D9D-4AB6-45E0-AA5C-9E7E0519FDFE-591...29cd8a.jpg]

Some more agression later haha
[Image: C8B0660D-4CBB-4054-8A5F-B72EEE683ED1-591...85b827.jpg]

[Image: 4C0A9AF8-B1EB-47D7-A316-971236810220-591...d90fe9.jpg]

Gave it all another going over
[Image: BC00C84E-1DA8-4BFC-8A7F-03189DA9862D-591...a1537f.jpg]

Decided to make a half decent job of it took off strut brace and sanded down the suspension area then cover up the engine bits

[Image: 1CB890C6-F629-4277-B223-EBDC05B7B66D-591...550b3f.jpg]
Primered

[Image: 0453610F-BC50-4F15-A6E2-07582F8FAF87-591...a4b66f.jpg]
Coloured

[Image: 6AB71CE9-1761-461E-B4E0-476B9B833B14-591...6675dc.jpg]
Laquered

Only used cans as its not on show all time theres a few reactions ( which i expected) but it will help it look abit tidier , will get round to other side at some point
