There will be a video.
The rough currently is if I have a knackered turbo or not...let me deal with the emotional loss first
You said there would be an update / video from lobbland

I'd be impressed if we were talking 500+. As it is I don't see why you are so worried about it Niall.
Or anyone else!
Im not worried. I know the figure it made and tbh its still a respectable figure. Im just highlighting the point that Piggy made such a big deal of his big figure and actually wound people up over it on purpose and now its the other way round, he's keeping very quiet. I find it comical tbh!

Tell us the figures, don't tell us the figures. I just don't care. This car flys. End of. He had a problem as we all do with our modded cars at some point. I fryed the fricken head on mine for god sake. If piggy wants to keep it quiet that's fine but I'm sure he has said that "there is a video on the way" wait man. Watch his video (and the ads) that way he can keep doing what his doing and you can A. Enjoy the thread and videos or B. Take the mickey a little more later come on peeps cheer up

It's tentative.
I don't think I can afford to keep this and fund my two new projects and the mods going onto the 206 aswell.
We'll see.

Confirmed no oil pressure or just your gauge is saying none? because when my engine fully warms up my gauge drops to below 0 psi. Im pretty confident its not right otherwise i would of had a seized engine some 5k ago lol

So...
It took 2.2 litres to top up.
There was no residue under the car or rear of car.
Nothing obvious other than a random leak from under intake manifold. Vac seal, rocker seal, cam seal all fine.
I'm a bit stumped.
What with arduino not working right, a.knackered blower on the bench, a battery which split and leaked acid over the boot paintwork and it now losing oil without anything obvious wrong.
Not feeling great :-(

If it was rings or valve stems i think he would notice loosing over 2 litres of oil. My old 1.8 at the end of its days was using about 1 litre per 200 miles and you couldn't not notice the blatent smell of oil and chronic blue cloud at the back haha

Its not mainly a track slag. He uses it daily. The oil thing is odd though but as niall says its unlikely to be internal as you WOULD notice that amount of smoke and the smell. Plus piggy isn't the sort of bloke to not check his oil for two months if it was a small leak.

You're right it doesn't but honestly unless its any more than a slight leak into the cylinders, it really shows up!
Have you checked down the back of the engine piggy? Mine leaks from the brake vac pump, runs along the line of the head gasket and drips down but by the time it gets on anything really, it all ends up on the underside of the car. At least the underside wont rot soon

How long since you last checked the oil?
How big is your catch tank, is it all hiding in there?

you should know if you're burning it through rings
although, leak from inlet under inlet manifold could suggest it might be blowing past rings into inlet then dribbling out a bit
looks like one to top up and monitor

My suspicion would be the turbo... Thats the only thing I have recently changed and she has NEVER used oil before

Oh, assumed you'd have whipped of the boost pipe to check. Still if you're burning it in that sorta quantity, should be fairly obvious

Maybe someone tried to be an asshole to you, and opened the sump plug, drained half the oil. Then cleaned it all up.
Bit weird that there is no trace after 2 litres of oil disapearing in two weeks. :S
