Mhm... Not my finest moment I have to say!
So you've held you licence for over 2 years obviously
Then 105 would be 6 points yeah???? Very lucky though,I was thinking about on the way back to suffolk from combe we where quite lucky to not see any cameras or police, apart from the one which when pass us on the m25 just before we where going to drag race ![]() ![]() Astor 6 Fast road/track project

I was lucky enough to get a telling off early in life. 60mph through my town center after a month of driving, scared the life out of me but got let off.
He said hed been following me a while, but I dont know how long. Cos few miles before I was doing excessive speeds. Been more sensible since.

Very lucky boy. that could have been the end of the project

lesson learned there, got to train yours self to stop letting the power of the car, get you your head!
As these types of cars, will get your licence taken away and you in a lot of bother! ok having a bit of fun, but make sure you are careful! As the last thing you want is them to crawl over the car!!

Pfft, speeding isn't dangerous anyway! Its quickly stopping from speed where the problems occur lol.

Can honestly count the amount of times I've done >100mph on one hand... Mostly at the age of 18 in a Nissan Micra with lots to prove...
Not worth it, anything goes wrong at that speed, you're a gonner...You find yourself doing things at 60mph that make you think "if x happened, I'd be gone"...

I posted that when I was on my phone Grant. Terrible typing!

I'm all for a hoon, but doing those speeds on a motorway doesn't particularly entertain me anyway, and their just stoooooopidly dangerous. At least hes not some bellend chav thats blaming the police for doing theyre job. Tbh if the 5-0 saw half the things i do when driving i wouldnt of had a licence too begin with!

We all do stupid stuff, but we learn from it. I got two section 59s, my car impounded, a court order and a rather large fine because I was a dick. But I've learnt, I'm quite the old timer behind the wheel now.

I really hope that's a typo...surely they can't fine £700 on an exhaust!?
As above really though, I can't believe theres anyone that hasn't done 105mph, or more, at some point! Yes its daft but we all get carried away!

Hmm, I should probably sort my exhaust blow then...its currently louder than my neighbours RS as I just cant seem to seat the clamp right lol.
Then again, I drove 5 miles without an exhaust the other day (swapped them at Nans and lost the clamp nuts ![]()

We all do stupid things. Not long after i got the 6 i took it off the clock (on my drive of course) or no other reason other than why not. Would never do that now. Mainly because its bloody scary in a rattly old french shit box.

I don't think he deserves to be shunned on an Internet forum; sounds as though he's learnt his lesson!
I was going much, much quicker on the A10 when I had my Celica and an unmarked car came up behind me, lights blazing. I thought I would lose my license that day. Fortunately he had somewhere to be and the passenger officer just wagged his finger at me as they went past (I'd obviously slowed right down). Road was empty and car was capable of maintaining those speeds, I think the police are often fair in their judgement (thank f*ck!). Disclaimer: The above is not to be taken to heart and is probably a joke, grow up you big girl.

I think the only people they give a hard time to are the sort of people that hate them because they are out doing their job. End of the day, you break the law and get caught, you own up. You can't have a go at the police because you were in the wrong and were too stupid to get caught.
