How did you bleed it?
Well I've put the old o-ring back on. Still won't start.

The car won't start if the rail pressure doesn't hit 300bar. Is the fuel pressure sensor still plugged in, could you have knocked the plug as it's sort of in the same area.
Do you know anyone with a code reader?

I'll check the connections in the morning. Yeah I know a lad with a code reader, I'll see if he'll come to my house.
Someone suggested an immobiliser fault but I'm pretty sure it's not that. Too much of a coincidence.

Its self bleeding, turn the ignition on, give it 10 seconds, turn ignition of, repeat this about 5 times. then start.
If the car is lifting the fuel its gotta be a sensor issue causing the problems.

when i did mine i left the bleed screw undone while i was self priming it . . .aired the system up to fcuk! would run if i kept the revs up after closing the screw and bleeding again, kept driving it and she kept cutting out on me, took two days of that to sort itself . .

Ah I see, was pretty confused there lol, fair enough.
I'm surprised it'd even run with air in the system tbh, at 1350bar a little bit of air makes a major difference, if requested pressures get missed the hdi won't even think about starting.

Well it is now running. No idea why, it just started. Took days of being in limp mode and cutting out before it would run right but now seems ok.
