Ha nice. Ah that's an easy job at least, wouldn't fancy needing to do the mani gasket on my daily - would mean i had to finish it that day so couldn't sack it off if it pissed me off lol. :S

There will be some controversy over what I say next:
Notice on the graph, it says "Driveline Efficiency 95%" - that means your driveline loses 5% power... Which isn't right for an FWD car, mine's identical - i.e. they didn't do a coast down test on the rollers. Which means if you do the maths... 141hp = 105% of the WHP figure... 1% = 141HP/105% 1% = 1.342 * 100% = Wheel Figure = 134.2HP 10% of 134.2 = 13.42 5% of 134.2 = 6.71 Power Loss @ 15% = 20.13 Wheel Figure + 15% Losses = Flywheel = 154.33HP Do the same with the torque figure of 251lb.ft which brings it to 273.7lb.ft torque... Which I'd say is MUCH closer to the actual figures... Generally it's accepted a FWD car will lose about 15%, RWD about 20% and AWD/4WD about 20-25% depending on how it's setup... At least, Dyno Dynamics "Shootout" rollers use these corrections...

That seems to make a lot of sense, I did wonder why I didn't see any ATW figures on the graph... And from most Hdi dynos I've seen its generally been about 20bhp less ATW than the fly so your maths is pretty spot on

If you do mine -
161/105 = 1.53 1.53*100 = 153.333HP ATW Makes much more sense like that...

I have been thinking about it tbh.. Just need to work out exactly what i'd need and how much it'd cost.. From what i've read the best setup is the DT conversion but with an uprated pressure plate from sachs.. I'm still not entirely sure though tbh

Lovely sound quality there mate... Good results though, even if the dyno place was a bit half-baked.
I would say though, that this is my one issue with stage 2 HDi's - zero drama. 150something bhp and it looks less exciting on boost than a standard dt with a t2...
