Going way too fast, getting a snake on, hitting the brakes instead of planting his foot to pull out of it and then slow the f*ck down..... That how 90% of people in that position get there

No photo given the circumstances, but had a front wheels come off the combine a couple years ago, 40k up the road around midnight in the dark, wheel came right off and overtook / you can imagine the situation! (Deere W540)

A while ago i came across this on the M42 and the fire engine was only just coming onto the sliproad on the oppsite side 2 miles after i passed it [emoji54] The driver was alright was standing casually about 300 feet from it on his phone.
Also not car related but this made me laugh on tablet when i tried to use google earth.

My fail the other day.
Dropped the XUD 9 into the 205, chucked 5L of nice new oil. Began cranking, fiddling to get it going and notices a huge pool of oil under the car.
I'd not attached the turbo (on purpose, as it's being relocated) but forgot about the pressured oil line - it was going everywhere!

Many years ago I had a Minivan 1000cc,at the time I was based at a remote Pembrokeshire Airfield,I did an oil/filter change and as I was topping up the oil with High Tech 20/50 oil - I eventually noticed a slight gurgling noise - yup I had forgotten to refit the drain plug LOL - never did that again (yet )
The other fail with the minivan was not really my fault - I had bought it from a very trustworthy mate and had not really looked around it very carefully LOL,I did not use it much for a while as I was also riding motorbikes at the time, when winter came along and I started driving the minivan more - I realised that the handling was not quite right and it was 'tramlining' quite badly.I had a good look round the van and could not see anything obviously wrong until I eventually spotted that it had been fitted with crossply tyres - went out and got a set of radials fitted which transformed it into a normal mini
