Hi everyone I was stuck on the m5 yesterday for about 20mins then my car just started cuffing out shit loads of grey Smoke I have a stage one map and intercooler does anyone have any ideas

Is the tonne of smoke only when using the throttle?
Chances are it's probably got a boost leak. Check the usually, jubilee clips, seals etc.
Although, greyish smoke is usually unburnt raw diesel in the exhaust, does the car misfire?

Got no misfire and a small boost leak but that should make the smoke black and was smoking on tickover what sort of psi should I be running ?

Yeah I will try tomorrow as need to try and sort it by Sunday before the long drive back . After I got off the phone to you Darren some man who was behind me came next to me undone his window and said I should pull over because it was dangerous for other road users lol

Sounds ike what happened on my Golf when the turbo oil seal popped... Couldn't see anything behind through all the whitish grey smoke...

check for oil in the intake pipes
