Yeah, an update is overdue!!
After samass used it daily for a couple of months, I decided to get on and finally fit a bigger blower in time to drive home for xmas. The T2 was hanging, with about 2-3mm of in and out play and signs of the oil seals blowing lots into the inlet..

All has gone fine other than the wastegate setup, which has left me with only 0.5bar of boost on a very tuned 10mm pump. Not ideal, but I'll get that sorted once I'm home again

The 8j steels are finally fitting on, just need some arch work doing to optimize clearance before I run them all the time, I might drop the front a bit, and the rear has been raised up since that picture, but I'm quite happy with the ride compared to the slammed TA's

Along with fitting the turbo, I've fitted some 307 front brakes to give me enough clearance to run the wide wheels, and gone back to 60mm shocks and springs up front with the rear matched in (albeit still a touch too low) on 21mm bars. I've also made a custom exhaust up with a big empty backbox to keep noise down while allowing plenty of gas velocity!
