(This post was last modified: 18-12-2012, 04:31 PM by Birk.)
Just picked this up earlier today from wiggy in Rotherham.
I got it for £500, although it sits on harriers, it will soon be sat on my brocks
I thought it was lowered on the rear, but it isn't, so I will have to do that aswell as fit my coilovers and gti6 brakes.
List do to:
Fit coilovers
Lower rear end
Fit gti6 brakes
Fit my Brock b1's
Fit black masks
Fit fog light blanks
Ph3 rear boot, smoothed
Smooth bonnet
Ph3 rear bumper
Fix various interior problems and knocking noise from front end.
Probs fit a td04 to it aswell
Ps. The smootged hdi estate is for sale now
Hope you guys like.

Oh dear indeed lol
I actually noticed the rear speaker wires aswell, but thought they could have been sensor wires, then realised they don't have any lol
He said the aux pully etc are a bit fooked on it, cos it sounds like it, but I knew that.
What else? What's up with engine itself?
I suppose I better fix it aye.

So to some it up, I've bought a nail haha
I'm not bothered about all the other stuff just as long as the engine is ok really, but I'm sure Danny will come along and tell me its not ok after the water incident.

I was going to buy it to strip. It runs fine after the water incident I think, he took the thermostat out because the headgasket was going that's why he was getting rid.
The key sometimes gets stuck in the ignition and can be there hours trying to get it out

So glad i didnt go for the swap with my car..... as soon as i hurd the thermostat was out i thought there was head gasket issues
Sure birk will make a good car of it tho, just will need loads of work to get it there.

I guess I will have to see how the engine goes, I suppose it it does go bang, I'll just stick a new one in.
I put my coilovers on today, aswell as some gti6 brakes, new drop links, black masks, fog light blanks and also my wheels
Should be lowering back end on wednesday.
What we think so far.
