Then you would have come on the forum and been able to write nothing more than "Cars together, mapped, and making xhp just like every other one does" that would have been alot less interesting Its super close, just needs some fixes here and there, and then the remap will bring it to life.
Nothing ever worked first time on my car, it was always a learning curve, the annoying part for you having an ecu / map everytime you change something really holds things up, where i could just crank the fuel up when i added an additional 30psi to the already exsisting 30psi.
It will be epic when its done
Oh I'm not disheartened at all! I arrived with the image in my head of something going wrong and other than the pump and boost leak, it couldn't of gone better to be honest and the car drives lovely now. Its just another obstacle which i know how to solve and will do but first, i want to drive it. Its been off the road for a long time now and driving back from Dartford, although it was all motorway, it really did put a big smile on my face....until i heard BANG then saw my arch liner departing along the hard shoulder
