Just going to throw it out there, I've just mapped a 16v motor with 2.2 injectors that's got just a simple refurbished R70 pump, using 1320uS duration which equates to about 90mm^3 @ 1550bar and it's requiring ~64% FPR DC to maintain that pressure at 4000rpm and it's holding near enough that out to 5000rpm, quantity is dropping by then. Pushing pressure any harder just makes the injectors leak like hell and the pumping efficiency drops like crazy. Just need to get some logs in of how the pump is performing at lower RPM to see whether there's any more torque to be had.
As long as the pump isn't wrecked, they'll put out more fuel than you can realistically use with the size of injectors anyway.
Just remember that JTD _nozzles_ being put on to HDI bodies does not mean the calibrations are transferrable...
