Finally got round to changing this over to the projects section, so here we go
The day i brought her home from ballymena
De-wipered, De-Badged, windows tinted to 15% visability and 2.5" Decat/De-backboxed stainless steel pipe too 3" tip
Lowered on 60mm saxo springs and 2 nicks at torsion bar, xenon max lights installed
3 leg spoiler w/brake light added, eyebrows added, diesel filler cap strips wrapped blue, break calipers have since been painted blue
got a splitter on there now has perfect clearance for local police station curb..
Everything i bought for the big tune up
Day one of the big tune up :p
The old turbo and the new
the mock setup for intercooler, radiator, fans, and wiring
engine set in for mock up, with bay mounted turbo
Turbo set in, getting the intercooler piped now
Engine out for the last time, getting the exhaust pipes heat wrapped

Looks good. Not sure id of run the turbo at that angle, apparently it encourages the oil seals to let go.

cheers lad, will hopefully get a few videos up of the power before and after the remap aww ive heard alot of boys saying over here that saxos go noticeably lower, and being northern ireland, if you have a 306 that dosnt bust sumps on uneven roads then your car is apparently not worth looking at lol

cheers lad, first time ive heard that :$ will say to my mechanic the next time, i says to him about clocking the turbo, and putting it straight, but he says this is a better way, the man has set up many rally cars and such so im going to trust his judgement lol, but il definetly say to him about the turbo seals going at that angle, and see what he says

And Chris has a good point about the turbine angle. I had to sacrifice a nice downpipe angle so I could get the turbo level

This is really cool, never seen a td04 on a hdi so will be interesting to see what power you can make! Is the turbo supported? Or is it being help up by the manifold pipe?
Doesnt even own a 306.

Not sure tbh lol, because he would have to make the pipes up again on my car, and me and him both want my car out asap lol, sum guy offered £260 to have them made and delivered, but he just simply dosnt have the time, maybe in a few weeks or months time

Thanks lad, aww the turbo is fully supported, we have made up a custom bracket which we then bolted to the gearbox, so the turbo is mounted
