Heat soak wouldn't disappear that quickly, pretty sure you wouldn't notice the difference that much either. My first thought would be air getting into the fuel somewhere, chief culprit is usually the filter housing i believe.

check your fuel filter in the engine bay and in the tank as it sounds like its being starved of fuel, does your boost come back again as soon as you lift your foot off the throttle and put it back down again?

Yeah it does i get that little fuel filter light on the dash sometimes but I was told its just for a condensation catch tank or something

If you've been runing waste veg, i'd put money on the strainer.
