205 is now home, bumper needs abit of trimming and some mounts making up. He didnt want to do that part considering the cost and how long i spent looking for the new valance
Here are some dark pictures of the work.
Ive got to source a capable air filter now the current one isnt cutting it, maybe a itg filter is on the cards.

easy to work on, well for me. Lots of room left auto tensioner to be fitted next with a new idler pulley on the sump.
His welding is next to non imo

well room is my issue on the filter side, aim is an itg air box but if it comes to it ill have to settle for a open version.

It made 205bhp @3psi on a m45 charger, i generally dont know the figures i remember it making 185 atw's on 0.6bar @4k so sandy said It now runs 0.8bar. Im not really chasing hp and its mapped safely im happy to loose 10hp knowing it wont go bang. Its due back with sandy this year after ive fitted new injectors and my wastegate setup and upgraded the fuel system AGAIN . Omex are due to release a firmware update and i hope to run boost by gear which will be interesting. But im happy with how it pulls and performs still scares me from time to time.

Got a good deal on ebay last week new front bumper mounts in stainless and genuine mounts for £20 delivered, Prob could have made it my self but for the cost it was a no brainer.
Finally got around to ordering the rest of fittings needed to finish the swirl pot. I think my fuel system now owes me more money than the original cost of the car!
(mole grips for picture purposes)
Pump will sit on its own mounts and all will sit under the boot floor. hope to start fitting weekend

Got the bumper and valance on and fitted properly today abit of a faff but got there in the end. Boost pipe is being modified saturday and ive started to convert to auto belt tensioner. I had to fabricate a new lower water pipe to dodge the lower dummy pulley on the sump.

Got the auto tensioner setup finished off today with a new belt and top idler. Finished off tacking up my lower water hose ready to be tigged up.
Dummy pulley seems to work well but time will tell.
I really need to source a solid pulley!
Things are tight down at the front drivers corner but still more room that i previously had with the m45 setup and old boost pipes.
Treated the charger to a oil change i always measure the oil i remove, gives me a idea if its using any but luckily it was spot on.
Rotors are still immaculate! not even a mist of oil :

It's all Gash and I hate it all. All of it.
Or maybe I'm slightly jealous of how tidy this thing is.
Can't decide. :-)

Yeah im slowly improving all the gash bits lol Including removing the gash rotrex for a eaton
More progress today, Got the new water pipe tigged up and fitted made use of a mounting hole in the sump for a mounting bracket.
Got the car back on its wheels and secured the bumper as best as i can untill the pipe is modified and took it for a drive. Gingerly driving it to the petrol station but it didnt last long and we were soon at full wot! Tensioner is doing a brilliant job not one squeal from the belt music to my ears! Boost pipes are 100 times better in flow and response boost hits target sooner and quicker.

Mounted the swirl pot waiting on my order to do anymore, Decided to use a 30 micron filter between the pot and second pump that coupled with a 100 micron filter in the bay. Plan to use hardline through the car then through the bulkhead using proper fittings. Will most likely heat sleeve the hose under the car for extra protection.
Gave the car a good clean as its been months since i last had chance to. Pro race 1.2's are starting to get real scabby now so ill send them off for blasting soon.
I always have a little helper when washing any car although i think its mainly the hose pipe!
Using the snow foam waving over the car and brushed it past the front bumper to find id snow foamed max I had a little snow man with four legs bless him got the worst of him but he didnt seem to care much.

swirl pot update:-
Received my order so i have finished all the piping under the car. Fitted a filter that bolts directly to the bosch pump to give abit more protection and settled for a 30 micron but Ive still to heat sleeve the hoses.
going to be using hardline inside the car didnt really want lines inside the car but i have no choice due to exhaust and tank layout. I bought this hardline from jjc and is made by krontec its 8mm o/d and ill be using compression fittings to join to it. Got some tidy fuel line clips from ebay that ill use to secure it to the body.
Boost pipe has now been modified and bumper now clears. I have ordered my paint and should get around to painting it once it warms up abit more.
