I have mysterious leak from place where exhaust gases go to EGR valve(I think).
EGR is not blanked, maybe this is the right time.
What could be reason for this?
Should I be concerned at all, because engine has >250k miles on it! and probably has not been rebuilt.
Thanks in advance!

That's your inlet elbow, not the egr, just needs a new gasket. Having trouble finding them for sale, so may need to cut one out of gasket paper. Lots of people say cereal boxes are fine, but having tried it a few times and each time achieved the same messy, not-actually-fixed end result i wouldn't bother.

I had to get my gasket from a Peugeot dealership. Got a pack of 10 for £11 or something like that can't rember. Looking at ur location in latvia that could make things difficult.

That's actually a pretty minor leak compared to most i've seen, including mine when i first bought it.

Dirko and a gasket will ensure no leaks, don't use the gasket dry or it will leak again

I used a couple (dealer recommendation) along with high temp sealant and it's holding up so far
