Don't think anyones interested enough for me to bother lol, I can stick a few pics up from a week or so ago if you like...and its THIS golf thats the project mate.....
Needs grill fogs I think.... Needs a standard spoiler too...but they're bonded on so can't get any second hand! This next one is how it spends most of it's time lol...... One of the inside before I cleaned it (yes it was rank!) - liking the climate control and cruise control! And one of the pair..... And I really like this one tbh, looks ace imo. There will be/are several mods happening atm...might put them on here if I can be arsed...then again might not lol.

tbh tom keep updating as its different, iam going to stop updating the rover one on here as there is no interest tbh. My hdi one i will just say keep updated i think.
what you doing with the sliver one? keeping it as a daily runner for the min. that last pick reminds me of how my metro was when i 1st started with it. hard to believe that was 4 years ago lol.
21-03-2012, 09:49 PM
OMG! I've just realised I really want a mk4 Golf! :o *
*this is in no way true, and only intended to give Procta something to comment on :p
21-03-2012, 09:53 PM
Haha Liam!
Procta, I made a mess of boost hoses so gotta use the silver one atm, BUT its only insured until tomorow, after that its up for sale, it ticked over 140k on the way home today! :o .
21-03-2012, 10:11 PM
liam man you have owned practically every car on the planet. iam gonna ask dvla if some called Liam from leeds owned my gta.
you will sort the boost hoses tom, iam starting to tinker on with the HDi now, still a few things i want to do with the rover metro still this year if insurance etc is spot on again this year.

Looks good Tom, what's the spec on the blue one?
I just missed out on a green PD130 last week and ended up buying the Focus instead, but the repair costs of the VW were a bit off-putting - IF anything went wrong. Disclaimer: The above is not to be taken to heart and is probably a joke, grow up you big girl.

c.a.r. Wrote:Looks good Tom, what's the spec on the blue one? GT TDi 130 again, but this one has climate, cruise, esp, lower milage (130k) newer and 5 doors. It wont be 130bhp for long though. Some vag repairs are actually quite cheap, others (dmf for exampleb) are very expensive......BUT do tend to last longer. I mean I've done nearly 11k in the silver one and only had to change the ic in all that time.

Niall Wrote:306 forum + golf = care? No, hence the lack of replies and the fact that in a few months it will be another "shit" car with millions of problems and Tom moaning wishing that he hadn't bought it as normal!

Niall Wrote:306 forum + golf = care? Well I did say that above....and was asked about any updates......

In his defence, if you don't care, don't read the thread?
Makes more sense to contain the golf based chat in here, rather than spreading over the entire forum like some kind of atrociously boring rash. Diablo Meridian HDi - 125bhp - 73.0MPG - Halfords Wheels
