That head is scrap - severely cracked, only a matter of time before you're into a water way.

Out of interested just how much smoke did this engine blow and how many top speed runs did you do? That entire engine looks very, very worn - the top of the pistons above the rings looks worn also.

Also, it looks like the bloody valve seat is about to fall out! Check out the cracks around them!!!

I brought the butt and effectively, cracks in cylinder head means that I have your life will be short.
Cracks precombustion chambers tops have no problems, Yes the cylinder head.
Cylinder head goes for scrap, to look for another.

The top of the piston is black and grating is coal, not metal grated. If you refer to that?
I'll clean with a brush and then put some pictures, and I contades your opinion.
I see few engines open as know what is new and how much spent.
So I need your help.
And be grateful to of you Smile

Well, my work is progressing slowly.
I got another head, this is healthy.
So work a bit ports.
Grinding valves.
Shells connecting rods placed.
Correct piston segments, only 0.25mm space.

What does the translator think butt means? lol

It'll be americanised, so "bottom", ie the underside of the head.

That precup looks like its rotated quite a bit, definitely get that sorted, be a shame to waste all this hard work. Also iirc the cut outs on the xud shells go on opposite sides.

Well, I'm sorry I discussed with mechanized man. Hopefully not dea problems the new engine.
Nor do I have as much power as Piggy.
I will try to make it as more reliable as possible.

Here in Spain, the PSA cars are considered trash, bad, and old XUD, scrap metal, nobody takes you seriously and no help.
Here you have a car VAG (seat, audi, volkswagen) and it is like anciently having a mercedes. have the best car and better engines.
If you have a psa or renault, you have scrap. . .

Then I only work with the help of forums and people like you, and not always the translation is good or arrive on time, before committing errors. . . sorry
I know you know better than I what is good or bad. . .

Also, thanks colleagues

How on earth have you fitted that turbo down the back? Is there enough room?

Also take the front end off the car. You would find it so much easier getting engine in and out
On a break from 306oc for personal reasons. If anyone needs or wants me most of you have my number and or facebook messenger

good engine to power with ease, good sound and good response.
The turbo goes smoothly on the 406, and if the turbo down a bit, grabs a much greater.
The engine with the inclination goes well in the 406. I did not put the crib.

Downpipe made. Grinding a weld failure.

The catalyst has suppressant inside, but I have to have it to spend the itv visual.
I have to isolate heat from the downpipe, and thought about putting asbestos tape to exhaust but end up coming out cracks hear that?
You who think of the tape in Inox downpipe?

Bueno chicos del coche este paseo, pero todavía no hay presión de turbo, tengo que montar el Arduino.
También montado barras estabilizadoras y un v6, que son más gordos y se nota más firme, menos a la rodadura.
