A few weeks back my 306 HDI felt sluggish at low RPM and then picked up a bit around 2500-3000. The car also has a pro_steve remap stage 1 (been on for a while and really transformed the car - cheers steve)
I got it into the garage to take a look. I saw some oil on the inlet elbow (boost leak) and then I found what I thought was the culprit:

yes, it looks like the car tried to ingest the air filter!
...But after cleaning and re-sealing the inlet elbow + EGR blank (while I was there) and fitting a new air filter today the car feels exactly the same.
I've tried disconnecting the MAF and the car feels even more bogged down when you accelerate.
I've read the ECU errors and apart from the MAF error P0100 (when I disconnected) there is only a glow plug error P0380.
I'm running out of ideas...
Could the MAF still be knackered but not producing an error?
Could the EGR valve be stuck or does that not matter anymore since I blanked it?
Something more serious?
