Getting a bit annoying as I can't really poodle around any where. Feels like maybe one or two cylinders which are mis firing.
It did it on the last engine, the 11mm pump and injectors were swapped over.
I'm more clued up with petrols with this kind of thing.
Does it on veg and diese.
If I accelerate slightly it disappears until I'm sat there on light throttle again.
Things to eliminate... Injectors (I have a spare set)
Pump (I hope not)
Stop solenoid?
Any ideas?

Defiantly a air leak had it on my merc when i first bought it & had ran a few tanks of veg through it , turned out to be a perished O ring that the veg had destroyed & generally old age so it was drawing more air in at idle & whilst under braking , you want to replace them with Viton O rings seem to be pretty veg proof , ive just ordered a set so got to replace all 12 on the merc

Ok got a rough idea what could be letting by.
If I have to redo the seals on the pump it'll only be the main seal between the 2 bodies of the pump, advance pin housing,
shaft seal,
copper washers for the banjos,
throttle shaft seal.
Think that's it
Just looking on eBay and there's quite a few to choose from. Could somebody post up a link please to the right one?
Got it

I've found a couple of culprit jubilees and the post on the pump for the banjo was a smidge loose.
We'll see what is like in a bit
