You can get 2000 and finer. It's easy with a polishing head on a Dremel, use it on my inlet.

Degg bought a 2 step metal polish yesterday. Worked really well on my tip.

Does that stuff cut through surface rust?
My tip cleaned up nicely with some 1600 and loob. Just that surface rust/crud

Well deggs tip is covered in soot and that came out nice. Neither of the was rusty tbh.
