It's a beaut apart from the 307 side repeaters and wrong wheels
Probably one of the tidiest ph1 I've seen!

Now onto some actual progress:
The car had a cloth Dturbo interior fitted as someone must of had the S16 seats which is gutting but for now i have bought some 6' leathers off zakk too fit untill i get the correct interior.
This is how the car currently stands:
I have also purchased a set of original 'laser' alloys, ended up fitting them too my rallye for a short while so unfortunately no pictures currently.
Then onto the latest big development!! After thinking about what too do with the original engine i couldnt decide wether too rip it out and replace it or repair it.
I chose the first option and after a swift visit too jonnyB i came home with this:
(the S16 engine not the forklift!)
Also picked up a spare gearbox from him so my parts department is overflowing
Thats all for now but should be making quick progress on this as i want it ready and on the road for pugfest! wish me luck

Cheers dude hopefully progress is gonna be thick and fast on this one, i wanna be driving the fucker too pugfest!!
A few more pics from this evening..
Standard air filter and throttle body full of oil and mayo.
Also found this written on the rad cradle:
Started loosing the light abit so just started degreasing the bay as while the engine is out im having various bits powdercoated and the bay is being fully degreased, steam cleaned and polished / sealed and waxoyled in the chassis legs etc. thankfully so far the car seems pretty solid!
Also happy too report i have not found a single dodgy or kinked / bent panel whilst taking the front end apart which leads me too believe it is as genuine as it seems
Over and out for tonight! more in the morning.

Theyre certainly not bad, tiny hole in the drivers lower bolster but easily repairable
