Phase 1 bumpers on a Phase 3, will it work?

Just had this thought and wanted to know if it's possible?

I love the look of Phase 1's, definitely better than any other phase of 306 in my eyes. Also, getting a clean phase 1 around my area will be deadly as every man has them screwed and they're on their arses, so that kind of rules buying one out.

Such as? The cost doesn't really bother me, it'll give me something to do coming in to winter and it'll more than likely be sorn for the time being
