What did you do about a screen wash bottle?

I don't understand how people have so much issue getting one of those size fmic behind the bumper!
Mine sits nicely behind and not hacked it up

The car looks bloody good when cleaned! Good work :-)

Nothing at the minute, will cross that bridge one day. I'm fine running without one for a bit.

Cheers mate, mmmm, I'll have a read through your project in a minute and see how you've routed yours then. Not a chance in hell of moine going on!

Can you pm me a bit more info ie what parts you used etc, rather than spamming the thread? And yes I'm lazy just need to know what do and what to get before I waste monies etc cheers Smile

Well, the car has now got an 11mm fitted. It still needs a bit of tweaking to get the most of it, it's far too clean at the minute.

Definitely interested to see how much power it's producing at the rolling road meet!

It was quite a proud moment, everything I ever wanted to do and then some has been finished (engine wise). It's just a matter now of maintaining all the little issues and keeping on top of it all.

Just strange thinking back to all the times when I wanted to give it up and now how it's all been worth it Big Grin

Next area that needs some serious attention is suspension. The car was spot on untill I put some koni's on the back. Completely upset the handling of the car!

Its changed how the car feels to drive for sure. Well after how foooked thr old pump was, a stock 9mm woukd have been a a nice change lol

It seems to be making more power for less psi as well, which I'm still trying to get my head around fully!

well it should do...more fuel going in for more bang per psi!
bet its woken up that td04 now

I'm in the same situation mate.

We've tried on a number of occasions to get it sorted and there always seems to be an issue that brings proceedings to a halt.

Only way it'll seem to work is if you come off the turbo with a 90 bend, come up over the cambelt and then across. I haven't got any covers atm, so once I have some on, that's how the routing will probably end up Smile

Ah right may work for you having fmic as you can then remove the bonnet lining giving you more room.
Hmm... did the fmic make a big difference? It's changed massively from Europe haha.

It's made a difference for sure yeah, but it's hard to say much of it difference it ACTUALLY makes. Worth doing though, especially on my set up.

Yeah haha, the state its in now is what I wanted for that trip. Funny how long these things take!

Move the turbo to gearbox mounted Tongue, sorts the intake problem out, can have it anyway you want Smile

Well, it was with great regret I chopped my bumper Sad

But, it's looking good, so it was worth it.

Next up some coilovers. I was thinking about getting some decent shock absorbers, but for the price it will take to get everything sorted properly, it kind of makes sense to go down the coilover route.

I know, I quite honestly felt so bad doing it, but I had little choice!

Erm, I'm not sure what it is, I got it off Samass a while ago and was under the impression I was getting a laguna one, but it obviously isn't lol It's a nice subtle one though.

Lover Smile

Just with it being Sigma and a phase 2, it made it all the more special to me. I can't think of many others out there, I think Darren's got one, but apart from that, don't really see many of them.

Hence why I didn't want to chop out the fogs.

Everyone loves ph1 or 3, I thought it was only Airey-fairy and myself you liked them. Puglove was being converted then it died lol

Airey-fairy's car was/still is stunning. I keep meaning to pop round to his and see what the crack is with him and the car!

Yeah lol, maybe we should have some kind of phase 2 intervention. A car meet with just phase 2's, that is if I'm still allowed?
