Well haven't updated this in a while, well a few things have changed decided the track look dt isn't really what I wanted, going towards a OEM look, so got a mint set of gti seats also have some Orange lamanex to go on my indecaters and getting some challangers will get pictures up when I can

well then as you no the 'track spec' dt idea has been scratched due to waking up in the morning being cold getting to work still cold and being in a garage cold soooo wanted a little comfurt and mostly heat as it was warm but not hot hot soo a couple of ace cafe meets ago chris got some carpet of niall and ive got some gti interia off chris any who pictures

Well I have finally mounted the fmic not yet plumbed in as waiting on boost pipes to be ordered, in the mean time me and chris went to a scrap yard and behold there was a phase 1 cabie with a set of near mint twin optic headlights and a grill witch I will be smooth eventually also bought a turbo off chris and got a ground lda pin off Dan! So fingers ceossed itll be all fitted and working for the rr day will get pictures asap

Well xantia manifold and the compresser side of tye turbo went off for some alloy weld today so hopefull get them back in jan sometime which is good and fingers crossed my boost pipes turn up soo roll on the 2nd of feb also got some baker bm solid engine,gearbox and lower mounts last night to go nicely with my solid beam mounts does anyone no what the engine mou ts are like in a dt?

Well got some gauges for christmas from my parents got egt, oil temp and boost gauge jut need to order a sandwhich plate and an oil pressure gauge then fit them once I get my manifold and turbo back also donating my old boost gauge to matt as im nice and dont need it anymore haha

not much of an update but a few pictures as promised....






well got an ground lda pin off dan


while david (mowle) was fitting it he said my turbo was on its way out well he wasnt lying couple of weeks later started my car up and my whole street was blue after the night before was having a little dual carrage way fun with a mondeo tdci
soooooo that ment giving chris a wodd of cash and me ending up with dums old turbo that he was going to put on the estate before he sold it



also finally got round to getting the egr valve removed and re welded while the guy was putting a welding a bead of ally round the top of the turbo compreser side so the boost pipe didnt blow off all the time

few gauges, the white egt gauge is going in the driver vent and getting replaced with oil pressure gauge

nothing much else really to update waiting on chris to bolt the turbo to a t2 manifold or k14 cant really remember and a boost pipe to go between the block and the manifold and hopefully all be together be the ace meet on the 21st

ah sweet, thats what i thought. im in negotiations currently for a set of 16" 1.2's for mine. really like the td rims but need to go up a size for when i put my brembos on.

Well past few days with the help from david the pug is no running no inlet and turbo manifold already for the new turbo and fmic hopefully will be on the road by the weekend as still waiting on the plate fro the down pipe and as most of you can tell by facebook your locale weather for cast station its snowing and I CANT FEEL MY FINGERD AND TOES

The brakes, what are they from? A 307?

I'm interested in upgrading my brakes soon but I'm on a tight budget, so I suspect 283s will be the way to go. Do the 302s fit behind Cyclones?
