Dropping off boost :( help please

Alright guys , just been giving car abit of shoe and as I was peaking boost it was dropping off by a few psi and then coming back on . Like acceleration stopped then came back .
Probably worth saying I'm running tmic (fmic system had chronic leaks still waiting on welding  . ) I'm thinking heat soak? |
