My estate seems to do the same as yours a bit with chucking a bit of white smoke out. I changed my injectors back along which has helped it a bit but it still does it a bit. Doesn't seem to be effecting anything so i haven't worried too much. It seems to do it when reving it up on the spot and sometimes when driving it fairly slow with very light throttle on.

Exact same description as what mine does. Was told poss over fueling on the spot

Had thought about this and was my main fear so glad its been mentioned... if i increased the lentgh of the fuel return pipe and sat the fuel cooler behind the torsion bar do you think id still get enough pressure and lift to get the fuel back in the tank?

Should be absolutely fine - you're not adding much more head to it anyway, just ensure you use the same diameter pipework at least.

Had a look at some trani coolers and think its deffo the way to go. They just look ideal for the setup.
think worst case scenario is maybe a small inline pump yo gain the extra lift. Wouldnt even have to be that powerful.
All seems abit extreme but ive ripped it of once to often and if i dont do somthing soon think this could be the next think to see me stranded.
Toyed with the idea of nicley presented copper pipe laid through the car but dont think its viable in a carpeted daily

Hmmmm just been tagged in this on fb too. Local lad decided to mop montanna graffati paint and the result looks insane... spose there is hope for a budget good paint job.
Very tempted but still dont know if i prefer mine a rough 'n' ready matte rattler. Think im just to scruffy to pull off the clean car look and not sure this is the type of build to turn showcar [FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY]
