After finishing playing with the Scooby I decided I'd potter about with the truck some more. I found that I can sit in the engine bay to work on stuff.
I removed the battery tray which was the most over engineered car part going, I think it was held in with a dozen bolts which were mainly M8. Also got rid of the washer bottle (which will be returning), the PAS reservoir, the fuel filter and a load of brackets. I then gave the arches a bit of a wipe over and they came out surprisingly well.
