The bolt would need to be cut both ends of the sleeve but we just don't have tools to do that...well I have a hacksaw but I'm not spending 4 hours and 500 blades trying to get through that haha.
The AVOs match the coilovers at the front. Are the sleeves readily available or are they special sizes or anything?

Flag? Guessing that's what I'd call the end plate lol? I don't know where this ARB came from, it's a GTi one as the beam Sam gave you had a crappy skinny one in lol. Not sure how we're gonna remove that without a vice though.
