Right made some real progress today with the frakenturbo. After looking at a few actuator setups decided the best route was the simplist. Basically just extending everything beyond the cold side. This will allow block clearance aswell as keeping the correct angle on the actuator. Photos here are pretty self explantory.

Ok so once the actuator bracket and extension was complete i finally finished off the adapter after all the mistakes ive made!
Hole in the center is 32mm cut with a hole saw. Ever so slightly larger than the manifold but gives the best possible flow on the turbo.
After it was finished i mocked it all up. Yet to get some proper nuts to run it.
So all whats left to finish the turbo off is to fit the gt15 oil feeds and rework the oil return .
