Nice.. Bulkhead mods look a bit daunting haha. How long did it take you to swap the rear beams over?

Yeah, i went a bit extreme with that, so i've got to (when the engine is next off its mount, get a welder in and weld something in to give it some strength again!).

Beam change took about 2-3 hours. Dropping the axle itself is easy, just things like undoing seized brake lines and fitting new shoes and cylinder that add a little bit of extra time. If you're thinking of doing a beam change, i'd reccomend wire brushing them off and soaking them in WD40/DoubleT over night!
