Never looked into it mate.
As long as the brakes physically fit, and the bias remains reasonably similar, then it will be fine.
If you are changing both the front and rear brakes, the bias should be fine.
Things to consider would be rear disc diameter (will they fit under the wheels once the callipers are over them(which I imagine they would)) and if the mountings are compatible.
