Knocking and stalling feeling pulling away..

Definitely one of my mounts on its way out I reckon, this has recently got worse. The whole car judders when pulling away from a standstill.
Which one is it most likely to be? I can't get it to do it without being under load, if that gives any clues? Disclaimer: The above is not to be taken to heart and is probably a joke, grow up you big girl.
