Knocking and stalling feeling pulling away.. - C.A.R. - 17-02-2014 Are these the symptoms of one of the mounts going? If so, which one is most likely? I couldn't see any movement in the top mount, but when pulling away in 1st I can sometimes feel the engine shake, like it's trying to stall, even though it's not - if that makes sense! I'm going to be working on the car soon so could get this sorted at the same time... The whole car judders when pulling away from a standstill. Which one is it most likely to be? I can't get it to do it without being under load, if that gives any clues?
