Whats the throw on a 2.2 crank?
the 6 is 86mm x 86mm a square engine thats why it wants to rev

i dont see how changing the stroke increases the capacity on a 6 engine without addig extra block hight,surely boreing the block would ad extra capacity


DW12 is 85.00 x 96.00


s16 uses the same rods as the 6 from what i can see

As you've seen the throw is 96mm, an extra 10mm. The GTi6 rods are 158mm center to center and the S16/Mi16 are 152mm center to center giving you the 5mm difference you need. The small end on both is 22mm and the big ends are both 53.7mm
