new to diesel tuning

Hello all, bought a 306 dturbo to drive as a daily car but am really bored off standard power now, so have bought a 11mm pump from a member on here, from what I have read I need a td04 or t25 turbo, front mount intercooler, 2.5-3 inch exhaust to hopeully get around 180ish hp.. Anything else I need? How bad will it be on fuel with this set up? I'm not new to turbos as my other car is a civic vtec turbo running 373hp that I have built myself with gt30 turbo etc. Its just iv never tuned a diesel before so any advice is appreciated!
