Cully you would be surprised how much of a difference a good steel brace makes.

to be honest it made quite a bit of difference on the estate when i fitted it on there but i didnt notice any difference on the Gti6

but i dont plan on changing it for a steel one

and you coment on the flex of an aluminium one compared to a steel one
that is not a fair test as it is strech and compression forces it is used to reduce not up and down movement
