Bigger blower on the cheap

Has anyone proven good power on a 2052s?
I remember rickys only pulled 130 at ray west rr day

The pump governor was set up badly which didn't allow it to rev and it was de-tuned also to stop it cooking on the dyno. Once I had sorted the governor setup it was a lot better and I reckon it could have pulled 150hp on a decent tune. The torque was good though even with the bad setup, at one point it was slipping the paddle clutch in 5th.
