Sooo a little update on the car im beging hate before even driving it.

Theres loads of niggly little differences between ph1 & 2 That have been eatting time. the bosch pump has a issue, it just cant get any pressure bhinde it to get the fuel to the injecters, the inner rear quater is rusty! the heart ache goes on lol




since last update i think iv done....

De EGR
De EGR TMIC manifold
Bosch pump & injecters
New banjo
leak off pipes
re worked the fuel lines
new filter housing
Adapted ph2 RAD
Enclosed viper air filter
FMIC & manni adapter
Slimline fan & wirering
All that was done on the 82k engine. so iv now fitted the engine
New fluids in every thing PAS,brakes,gear box,engine,coolant
266mm calipers
Gti master cyclinder
TA coilovers
masked headlights & indicaters
ph3 side repeaters
got all the black cyclones on now
driver vent boost pod is made,
welded a straight bit of 2 1/4 pipe with a down turn in place of thee back box
done a few little bits inside and others over the car,

So yeah been a bit busy and of course most things have been on and off twice because iv forgot to fit stuff that needed to go on first,
