Yeh but the turbo efficiency drop of 15% would definitely be outweighed by the volumetric efficiencies gained through running an extra 8psi at the manifold hence why in reality, as soon as you bump up the boost, you make more power because these heads are certainly far from perfect and the extra boost at higher rpm's easily outweighs the losses in compressor efficiency, but yeh 35psi probably a little much but 28 psi is definitely doable as a daily :p
