Oh go on then, told this about 30 times today to all the birds at work who now think im amazing (more so than they did already)
Anyway went in with something along the lines of
"Theres really only one thing i want for my birthday or any birthday for the rest of my life and thats you so will you spend the rest of your life with me, will you marry me *pops ring on finger*"
Did it while we were out for a nice stroll in Windsor great park.
