As far as I know my 1999 306 XTDT has an XUD9TE engine but the engine number is
PSADHYIOCULG3023627 (io or 10 unsure) if someone can verify this.
The best option for a timing belt kit including waterpump is shipping from UK to Australia,
but the listing is for an 806 variant of XUD9TE and the webpage compatibility list does not
include my 306.
Can anyone say for certain there is no difference regarding this kit for XUD9TE?
Also any other good source for online purchase suitable for overseas shipping would be
interesting at this time.
TIA Ron

there are two types of waterpump for the xud9te
depends on which cam covers you have, they differ between the one that bolt on and the ones that clip on

you wont have clip on covers on a DHY in 99, they stopped using them in December 1993

From what I can tell, The newer waterpumps (often pictured) have the extra perpendicular flange on one side.
It sounds to me that 806 should be identical.
I found out yesterday that dw8 motors are a later non turbo version of XUD9TE and the Gates numbers are different.
I've never seen an 806, but they look to be a similar era to my 1999 306.
Thanks, Ron
Edit: After comparing the gates numbers for the components and finding 806 to be the same part numbers as my 306 I have placed the order. At approx $200 australian delivered it was the best I could find. There was no crank seal pictured so could still have to get one of those. A different width seal from the original can avoid it running in the same groove, not a bad thing.
Further Edit: Spoke too soon, They are asking for extra courier costs now, with the option to cancel.
