Has anyone ever come across the subframe snapping/becoming separated on the seams?
I've heard people welding the seams on the subframes and was going to do it to mine.

It won't separate. It will allow a small amount of movement during cornering though which is why people seam weld them for track etc.

Part of my front subframe where the front wishbone bush mounts snapped clean in half due to rot on my phase 1 if thats any hood info to you lol

Yeah then the merridian beam removed all that stiffness
