Exactly that....some guy with LimeWire or equivalent copies various films/albums/porn and uses thin plastic wallets and his £20 budget printer for the labels. Used to see a lot of those a few years ago!

As for actual content though, I'd be scared to touch anything in the flat after finding that! But it also may've been left as a joke as above. My sister and her male friend moved into a uni room recently and trolled one of the other newcomers with 'used' condoms in his room before he got there. Apparently that's funny.
