This is really common. We found this kind of stuff in all our student houses. Fairly sure people just leave this stuff as a joke to freak people out. We found a receipt for a dildo in my mates drawer lol

As for the printer running out of ink I recognise those sort of cases/sleves and its probably a pirate DVD. Yeah cheap copy of a cheap low budget porno, high uality right there.

Exactly that....some guy with LimeWire or equivalent copies various films/albums/porn and uses thin plastic wallets and his £20 budget printer for the labels. Used to see a lot of those a few years ago!
As for actual content though, I'd be scared to touch anything in the flat after finding that!
But it also may've been left as a joke as above. My sister and her male friend moved into a uni room recently and trolled one of the other newcomers with 'used' condoms in his room before he got there. Apparently that's funny.

Shit I didn't even realise it was a scam, I got something like that thru as well.
Luckily it was addressed to someone else so I didn't get in trouble for it, but I was fairly shocked about it as well.
